Before launching Brick & Mortar, he spent over 25 years running his own masonry business and later worked for Beacon, where he advised contractors on materials, roofing systems, and structural solutions. This background gives him a unique eye for spotting issues that others might miss — from foundation cracks to roofing concerns.
